FAQ

1. What is Your Cancellation Policy?

ALL BOOKINGS ARE FINAL IF CANCELLATION IS NECESSARY IT MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE THE START OF THE PICNIC NO REFUNDS WILL BE RENDERED FOR CANCELLATION GUESTS WELCOME TO RESCHEDULE BASED ON COMPANYS AVAILABILITY.

2. Can I Reschedule My Picnic?

Yes! You may reschedule your picnic once, at no additional cost, with at least 48 hours' notice. Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a $50 rescheduling fee.

3. What Happens if It Rains?

We provide a canopy for light rain, so your picnic can still be magical. In cases of severe weather, we will work with you to reschedule your event.

4. Do You Travel Outside the City Limits?

Yes, we do if we decide to travel outside that range there are additional fees ( Gas Mileage) 30 miles ($30) and 50 miles ($40)

5. Can You Set Up at My Private Residence?

Yes, we can! However, all spaces must be clean, clear, and safe upon arrival. We do not move furniture or clean areas. If the space is not ready, guests will be asked to reschedule, and a $25 rescheduling fee may apply.

6. What Locations Do You Set Up at?

We set up at approved public parks, beaches, or private homes. All locations must be safe, legal, and accessible. If permits are required by your chosen location, you are responsible for securing them ahead of time.

7. What if I Arrive Late to My Picnic?

We will wait and remain on-site for the scheduled duration of your picnic. If you arrive late, your picnic will still end at the originally scheduled time. Extra time can be purchased on-site if availability permits at $50.00/30 min increments . Please note: max cut off time 1.5 hour. For example if your picnic schedule duration 3 hours and it starts at 5:00 pm your picnic will be over at 8:00 pm However if you want the max extra time which is (3 increments of 30 min which is 1 hour and 30 min ADDED to the (3) hours your picnic will be over at 9:30 pm which cost $150.00.

8. How Long is Each Picnic?

Picnic durations are usually 2 or 3.5 hours, depending on your chosen package. Please be on time to enjoy your full experience.

9. Can I Request Extra Time on the Day of the Picnic?

Yes, if our schedule allows, you can request more time. Extra time is billed at $50 per 30 minutes increments please see above WHAT IF I ARRIVE AT MY PICNIC LATE PLEASE SEE BOOKING FORM INFORMATION LISTED UNDER ADD-ON

10. What if Something Gets Damaged During the Picnic?

Guests are responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items during their picnic. A fee may be assessed based on the value of the item(s).

11. How Many Guests Are Included?

Packages include a set number of guests (e.g., 2–8). Additional guests may be added for a per-person fee, based on the package.

12. Do You Offer Vegan or Allergy-Friendly Meals?

Yes! Vegan meals are available THERE WILL ALSO BE A INCREASE IN THE COST DUE TO PLANT BASED INGREDIENTS) If you or your guests have food allergies, please inform us during booking. We do our best to accommodate, but WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ALLERGIC REACTIONS.

13. Can I Bring My Own Food or Drinks?

Absolutely! You are welcome to bring your own food, drinks, or desserts. Please note: we do not supply ice or keep items chilled once your picnic begins unless otherwise arranged.

14. Do You Allow Children or Pets?

Children are welcome under adult supervision. Pets may be allowed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the location and nature of the picnic.
